Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations, shifts, task delegation and scheduling.
• Monitors customer service, trains staff and develops improvement plans.
• Manages merchandising, inventory, pricing and stock levels.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
• Leads hires, promotions and performance management; ensures compliance with policies.
