Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail mgmt experience or HS diploma with 5 years retail mgmt experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state.
• Willingness to work extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and improves customer service and training for retail and pharmacy teams.
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations including scheduling and task delegation.
• Manages merchandising, inventory trends, and stock levels.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
• Leads staffing decisions, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensures compliance with policies, laws, and company procedures.
