Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail management.

• Pharmacy technician registration/licensure as required by state law (and pursuing PTCB or ExCPT as required).
• PTCB or ExCPT Certification is preferred or required by state rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and shift management.
• Monitor and improve customer service, greet customers, and resolve complaints.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, pricing, receiving, and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and safety standards; lead training and staff development.
