Job summary

Walgreens seeks a Store Manager to oversee daily store and pharmacy operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure an outstanding customer and patient experience. You will drive sales, profitability, and asset protection while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, optimizing inventory, executing merchandising plans, and managing budgets. A Bachelor’s degree plus retail leadership experience and pharmacy licensure or eligibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician or pharmacy assistant as required by state; PTCB/ExCPT may be required.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, scheduling staff.
