• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and improves customer service by coaching team members.
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, shifts, and scheduling.
• Oversees merchandising, inventory management, and stock levels to avoid outs and overstock.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to drive sales and control costs.
• Reviews KPIs daily and discusses with district management.
• Manages hiring, promotion, and termination decisions.
• Ensures training completion for all team members including pharmacy training.
• Liaises between district, corporate and store for communications.
