Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to lead both retail and pharmacy operations, drive sales, and protect store assets. You will supervise staffing, merchandising, inventory, and performance metrics, while coaching team members to deliver excellent customer and patient experiences.

The role requires a degree or equivalent management experience, pharmacy technician licensing as required by state law, and a willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations, including staffing, scheduling and task delegation.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
• Monitors customer service, trains team members, and resolves complaints to deliver a superior experience.
• Manages inventory, merchandising, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
