Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and pharmacy activities at a Walgreens location in the United States. Responsibilities include supervising staff, optimizing merchandising, and ensuring excellent customer and patient experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail management experience, with additional consideration for relevant pharmacy experience and licensure as required by state law.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience, or high school diploma with 5 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant OR licensed pharmacist (RPh) as applicable per state requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Manages customer experience by coaching team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Analyzes financial and operational data to drive sales and control costs.
• Recruits, trains, and develops store team members; conducts performance discussions and recognitions.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws across the store and pharmacy.
