Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant per state requirements OR licensed RPh within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations including staffing and scheduling.
• Monitors customer service and trains team for improvement.
• Manages merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention.
• Ensures compliance with policies, laws and store procedures.
• Acts as liaison for community outreach and district management.
