Walgreens Co. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations for both the store and the pharmacy, delivering a distinctive customer and patient experience. You will oversee merchandising, staff development, compliance, and performance to optimize sales and profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of retail leadership or a high school diploma with extensive management experience, plus pharmacy regulatory knowledge and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience, or a high school diploma with 5 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
