Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Licensed pharmacy technician registration/licensure as required by state (and pursuing PTCB/ExCPT where required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and pharmacy operations, including shift planning and task delegation.
• Monitor customer service, provide training and drive action plans for service improvement.
• Manage merchandising, inventory, pricing, and stock levels to optimize sales and reduce waste.
• Analyze financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
• Lead hiring, development, and performance management of store team members.
