Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements and assisting budgeting forecasting and expense control.
• Promotes a culture of belonging and ensures customer service standards across store operations.
