Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and feedback to associates.
• Models exceptional customer service and supports customer service initiatives.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Oversees merchandising, inventory flow and store operations; mitigates shrink and achieves sales goals.
• Ensures compliance with policies and Open Door guidance; fosters a culture of belonging.
