Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and actively listening to associates.
• Maintains exceptional customer service standards following Walmart’s OBW model.
• Drives store sales and manages budgeting, inventory, and merchandising to meet goals.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to implement business processes and change initiatives.
