Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings).
• Firearms CBC/eligibility requirements may apply for certain facilities selling firearms or ammunition.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop hourly associates; hire, train, mentor, assign duties and provide recognition.
• Coordinate activities by building relationships with stakeholders and driving plans to meet customer and business needs.
• Lead and develop teams through coaching, feedback, and adherence to OBW service model; ensure customer needs are resolved and processes improve.
