Job summary

Walmart is seeking a leadershi p driven store leader at the South Euclid, OH location. You will guide and develop teams, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service by applying the One Best Way service model and aligning with store objectives.

You will oversee staffing, budgeting, merchandising, and operations to maximize profitability while maintaining a culture of belonging and integrity across the team. Strong supervisory experience and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, a CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training, feedback, and coaching to drive store performance.
• Manage customer service initiatives and ensure a high-quality customer experience in-store.
• Hire, train, mentor and schedule hourly associates, promoting a sense of belonging and accountability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, merchandising, and inventory processes to meet sales and profit goals.
