Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Firearms-related facilities may require CBC and firearms training where applicable.
• Associates must attend and complete required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives store financials by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, setting clear expectations and recognizing performance.
• Ensures compliance with policies, supports ethical standards and Open Door guidance.
