Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively, teaching and providing feedback to associates while aligning with store operations.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Hires, trains, mentors, and sets clear expectations, promoting belonging and staff development.
• Coordinates activities, builds stakeholder relationships, and promotes continuous learning.
• Ensures policy compliance and upholds Walmart values and integrity.
