Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Store Leadership professional in Medina, OH to lead and develop teams, drive store performance and ensure excellent customer experiences. The role focuses on teaching, coaching, and applying the One Best Way service model, while managing budgets, merchandising, and operations.

Responsibilities include supervising hourly staff, implementing action plans to improve performance, and ensuring policy compliance and ethical standards. Primary location is Medina, OH.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC may be required in facilities selling firearms; complete required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Models exceptional customer service by applying Walmart service standards and supporting customer service initiatives.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses, ensuring inventory flow and merchandising excellence.
• Supervises hourly associates: hiring, training, assigning duties, recognizing performance and developing staff to meet staffing needs.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders, supports plans, measures progress and promotes continuous learning.
• Ensures policies and ethics compliance, Open Door Policy application and aligns with Walmart values.
