Job summary

Walmart in South Euclid, OH is seeking a store leader to coach and develop teams, teach training, and actively listen to associates while guiding store operations, merchandising, and customer service to meet company goals.

You will drive financial performance by budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses, ensure a high quality customer experience through the OBW service model, and build a culture of belonging and integrity across the store.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities with firearms, CBC and training may be required.
• Associates must complete required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and listening to associates, guiding store operations and change initiatives.
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Ensure customer service excellence and adherence to the OBW service model.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow and store presentation.
• Supervise, train and mentor hourly associates; promote belonging and performance.
