Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service.

When there is no manager onsite, the Operations Supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, ensures store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for completing opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical thinking with basic computer skills.
• Strong communication, supervision, and influencing abilities are required.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in planning and driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store and supervisory staff when no manager is onsite; ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold company policies.
• Assist with merchandising, price stocking, and display maintenance.
