Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. You will lead the store and supervisory staff in the absence of a manager onsite, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and that operations run smoothly.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, supervising crews, coordinating merchandising, and maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Management: work effectively with store management and crews; supervise the store’s crew through directing and following up of activities; communicate information to and from management and crews.
• Customer Service: assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; maintain confidentiality; provide coaching feedback to colleagues.
• Merchandise/Presentation: price merchandise; stock shelves; support planning and execution of displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; manage off-shelf merchandise maintenance.
