Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance, while building loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store and supervise staff to ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise crews, assist customers, coach colleagues, and maintain merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Provide colleagues feedback and coaching on customer service and performance.
