Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store and supervise staff, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, communicating with management, assisting customers, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays and inventories.
