Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Store Operations Manager (GM) for our Sugar Land, TX store. You will lead and coach a diverse hourly team, ensuring top-notch service, quality, and store cleanliness while driving sales and growth.

Qualifications

3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
Ability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
Hospitable, guest-first mindset with a coaching leadership style.
Strong familiarity with restaurant/retail software including MS Outlook, Excel, and MS Teams; prior ATS usage.

Responsibilities

Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Delivery Drivers.
Lead service components: food quality, customer service, staff friendliness, store cleanliness.
Foster a culture of excellence in cookie quality, service, and sales performance, with growth opportunities for team members.
Manage and audit inventory; maintain proper controls.
Create and execute local marketing drops.
Drive in-store recognition programs and contests.
