Qualifications

3+ years of management/leadership experience in restaurant or retail
Strong hospitality mindset with focus on guest experience

Experience hiring staff using an ATS

Responsibilities

Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers)
Lead service quality, customer engagement and store cleanliness
Foster a culture of excellence in cookie quality and sales performance
Manage and audit inventory controls
Create and execute local marketing drops
Drive in-store recognition programs and contests
