Walgreens is seeking a Store Operations Manager to supervise customer service associates and oversee front-end and pharmacy operations. You will support the Store Manager, coordinate scheduling, and ensure the store runs efficiently while protecting assets and improving profitability.

You will coach staff, monitor customer service metrics, and lead initiatives that enhance in-store experiences. A Bachelor’s degree and leadership training are preferred; fluency in English is required.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and leadership qualities.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
