Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record; all majors welcome or equivalent Walgreens internship program.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with professional business ethics, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours; potential relocation for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team members; recruit, hire, coach, and discipline as needed.
• Improve customer experience by coaching front-end and pharmacy teams; resolve customer issues and build loyalty.
• Oversee store operations, including scheduling, cash management, inventory, and merchandising; ensure compliance with policies and laws.
