Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens locations within the same hiring area

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and front-end/store operations
• Support Store Manager and alternate schedule with minimal overlap
• Ensure proper merchandising, asset protection, and profitability
• Coach and train team to improve customer experience and service metrics
• Manage store cash handling, inventory, and store records
• Collaborate with external partners and drive community outreach opportunities
