Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Operations Manager to supervise customer service associates and oversee front-end and pharmacy operations. You will work with the Store Manager to achieve company goals and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will recruit, coach, and discipline staff, monitor customer experience, manage inventory and cash handling, and drive profitability. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, with leadership experience and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent.
High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong business acumen.
Willingness to relocate and pursue Store Manager promotion if offered.

Responsibilities

Supervises customer service associates and store front-end operations; supports Pharmacy and Retail Store efficiency.
Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of team members.
Ensures merchandising standards, asset protection, and profitability.
Manages store operations, scheduling, and shift coverage; collaborates with external partners as needed.
Driven analysis of financial and performance data to improve store results.
Supports training and development; maintains compliance with policies and laws.
