Responsibilities

• Be able to perform the tasks of a Cashier and Sales
• Maintain active role in personal selling, meeting or exceeding sales per hour
• Act as Manager on Duty and assist in day-to-day management of the retail store
• Open and close store
• Address customer needs and handle returns
• Assist in the training of store associates
• Keep the store clean and well-presented, inside and outside
• Contribute to a safe and secure store environment
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Participate in Loss Prevention measures
