Cavender’s is seeking a Key Carrier to join the Store Management Team in Colorado. The role supports store operations, assists customers, and guides associates to drive sales while upholding Cavender’s culture and standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, supervising associates, maintaining a clean, organized store, and contributing to loss prevention and safety. Prioritizes excellent customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Support Cavender’s Culture and drive Mission and Vision.
• Perform cashier and sales tasks when needed.
• Maintain active involvement in personal selling and achieve sales per hour targets.
• Act as Manager on Duty to supervise store operations and associates.
• Open and close the store and address customer needs and returns as required.
• Assist in increasing sales, protecting profit, and controlling expenses.
• Help train store staff and keep the store clean and well-presented.
• Contribute to a safe store environment and report incidents promptly.
