Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Key Carrier to support the Store Management Team and carry out day-to-day operations such as opening/closing, assisting customers, and guiding team members to drive sales storewide.

They will stay actively involved in sales, work toward goals, and help train associates while ensuring the store stays clean, organized, and compliant with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s Culture and drive Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Perform tasks of Cashier and Sales Associate.
• Maintain active personal selling to meet/exceed sales per hour goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned and supervise associates.
• Open and close store as directed and address customer issues.
• Assist in training store associates and improving sales metrics.
• Keep store clean, organized and presentable for customers and staff.
• Contribute to safe store environment and report incidents promptly.
