Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate the cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and safety meetings for employees.
• Manage merchandise stock, planograms, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and cash control procedures.
• Contribute to store profitability and asset protection.
