Responsibilities

• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, training, and safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise with receiving, stocking, and displays; rotate stock as directed.
• Maintain inventory levels; control damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Implement planograms and ensure displays follow standards.
• Uphold financial integrity through cashier accountability and deposits; authorize refunds.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
