Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing training, and enforcing policies.
• Manage merchandise via receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory by controlling damages and markdowns; prepare deposits.
• Assist in planogram implementation and cash control procedures.
• Support store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
