Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with opening/closing procedures and help supervise Store Associates to maintain a clean, well-stocked store.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and leadership skills in a high-energy retail environment, with focus on customer experience and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk frequently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
