Responsibilities include merchandising, opening/closing procedures, payroll and scheduling, loss prevention, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. This position emphasizes teamwork and leadership in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Store management experience in retail preferred, especially grocery or drug store

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, cash deposits and receipts, and loss prevention.
• Lead and develop Store Associates; supervise and train as needed.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
