Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, help customers, and organize merchandise across the store and stockroom.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, payroll-related tasks, loss prevention, and maintaining a safe, clean environment for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention tasks.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
