Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Frequently operate cash register.
• Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and place/remove merchandise up to 5-10 feet.
• Frequently ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
• Frequently kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor.
• Frequently communicate with customers and coworkers clearly.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
