Job summary

Five Below seeks a Supervisory Store Leader to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations. The role involves guiding crew, managing opening/closing, and overseeing stock and merchandising to drive sales.

You’ll train associates and partner with leadership to uphold the Five Below standard. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with fast, friendly checkout and strong service.
• Oversee daily store activities and supervise associates.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking shelves.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling operations and staff issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash and alarms as needed.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and procedures.
• Maintain store upkeep including cleaning and stock room tasks.
