Job summary

Five Below in Bee Cave, TX is seeking an enthusiastic hourly supervisor to lead store operations and deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will train associates, oversee daily tasks, and help maintain stock integrity on the sales floor.

You’ll act as Manager on Duty when needed, drive sales through merchandising improvements, and partner with the store leadership team to provide excellent customer service while controlling costs. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store operations and staff performance.
• Coordinates receiving, unpacking, and shelving of stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and resolves urgent issues.
• Drives sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
