Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in Bloomington, MN to drive profitability and efficiency on the store team. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management group to complete tasks, manage inventory, and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities include inventory control, shipments, floor replenishment, and maintaining visual standards while ensuring a safe, efficient work environment. Open availability is required during busy periods and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with store leadership to fix gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets, and supply management.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor and drive merchandising.
• Use metrics to support business-driving decisions and improve processes.
• Ensure customer needs are resolved quickly and effectively to drive satisfaction.
