Job summary

ALO in Manhasset, NY is seeking an Operations Associate to drive profitability and efficiency on the store team. You will work closely with the Operations & Visual Management group to initiate, complete and improve daily tasks while delivering great guest experiences.

Key duties include inventory control, shipment processing, replenishment, and maintaining visual standards. The role requires physical movement and fits a full-time schedule with open availability, including holiday periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales or operational role.
• Ability to move constantly around all store areas.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and physical tasks.
• Strong customer service mindset and results focus.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to optimize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor setup tasks.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with finance, vendors and facilities on routines and budgets.
• Uphold safe work environment and stockroom standards.
• Move around store to support customers, teams, and operations.
• Assist with company directives in partnership with Ops & Visual Management.
• Process shipments and ensure product flow including replenishment.
• Leverage store metrics to guide business decisions and actions.
• Address client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs.
