Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Team Leader - Operations to ensure seamless merchandise flow and store operations. You will lead merchandising and stock teams, oversee inventory replenishment and back-of-house standards, and manage store expenses while protecting margin.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage workload with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and provide feedback.
• Support performance and development for the team to encourage growth.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual, policies and procedures.
• Promote sales as Leader On Duty (LOD).
• Review business results and customer feedback with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Ensure quick, gracious service for customers on the sales floor.
