Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide friendly customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas on the sales floor.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Train and develop store associates and ensure a safe environment.
