Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, team environment.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and functions.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise and maintain stockroom and sales floor, including seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and store fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, and payroll records.
• Keep store clean, organized, and secure assets including cash.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Train and develop Store Associates under the Store Manager.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
