The role involves organizing donations, keeping the drive-through and ADC site safe and tidy, managing supplies, reporting hazards, and cooperating with the Transportation team as needed. Training and additional duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner within 10 seconds; unload donations from vehicles and maintain accurate daily counts.
• Break down donations into categories and maintain drive-through and ADC site in line with safety and image standards.
• Order and maintain supplies; secure and use them appropriately; follow safety and security practices and report hazards or injuries.
