Qualifications

• NRF Certification within one year of job acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and achieve sales quota.
• In absence of Retail Store Manager, manage all store activities to ensure customer satisfaction and security of donated merchandise.
• Supervise backroom functions: donations, pricing, merchandising, and POS operations.
• Attend loss prevention/safety meetings and promote a safe work environment.
• Assist in training staff and enforcing company policies and procedures.
