Qualifications

• Three years in a managerial role in a retail environment.
• Must have a current valid Oregon Driver License and insurable driving record, and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Must pass Oregon DHS background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proper handling, processing, and sale of donations and merchandise.
• Manage staff, scheduling, and performance to meet production and sales goals.
• Ensure safety, compliance with policies, and loss prevention.
• Maintain store appearance and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with vice president of retail operations as needed.
