Job summary

Goodwill Florence in Florence, OR is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in daily operations, supervise sales staff, oversee inventories and cash reconciliation, and ensure accurate transaction reporting while upholding Goodwill policies and safety procedures.

You will lead a team during the Store Manager's absence, provide excellent customer service to donors and customers, train staff, and help maintain a smooth, compliant retail environment in a fast-paced store.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification or ability to become CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with supervision of employees in sales, inventories, cash reconciliation, and daily records.
• Direct store activities in the Store Manager's absence and ensure accurate transactions and proper donation processing.
• Perform cashier duties as needed and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coach and train staff to meet agency expectations and maintain safety standards.
